We try to schedule office patients in a timely manner. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so with a 24 hour advance notice.  Patients not calling one business day prior to their appointment will be charged a $25 fee.

Procedure cancellations without a 24 hour advance notice and no shows will be charged $100 cancellation fee.
